Direct acting solenoid valves require wiring and conduit installations that meet national and local codes. In hazardous installations these requirements can be several times the cost of the valve. This cost and complexity is avoided when you convert your valves to operate with PneuMagnetic actuators. PneuMagnetic actuator is a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM coil on a direct acting solenoid valve. The patented PneuMagnetic actuator is a complete, self-contained pneumatic-magnetic device that provides the same powerful on/off magnetic field as the original coil. Valves converted to PneuMagnetic are operated by an inexpensive air pilot using a small diameter, flexible pneumatic line. NO electricity, NO field wiring, NO conduit, and NO intrinsically safe IS barriers required.

HOW TO CONVERT YOUR VALVE

To use the PneuMagnetic product simply remove your OEM coil, slip the PneuMagnetic actuator on to your valve and run pneumatic tubing from the PenuMagnetic actuator to a small pilot valve installed with control system.
