THE PNEUMAGNETIC SOLUTION
The cost, complexity and poor reliability of traditional valve actuator solutions (EX, IS, pure pneumatic) led PneuMagnetic engineers to look for a simple, cost effective solution.
The result is a product that replaces the electric actuator with a fast, high reliability pneumatic actuator that is less bulky than either a pneumatic rotary actuator or pneumatic valve and is fully compatible with the original hermetically sealed valve.
PneuMagnetic LLC is the sole developer and manufacturer of this technology. The PneuMagnetic engineering and design team includes decades of combined years of professional product development and engineering expertise. Magnetic circuit development was supported by Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. Ben Franklin Technology Partnership funded and supported initial product testing and research. All product design work has been tested in PneuMagnetic’s own development and product testing laboratories.
PneuMagnetic technology is covered under US Patent #6,991,211. International patents are pending.
